Your equipment and welcome packet will be shipped FedEx and require an adult signature. A tracking number will be sent to you when the items are shipped.
After receiving your shipment, use a personal device to come back to this website (https://support.insidepfa.com) and click "Pre-employment Portal". All new employees are required to complete the Pre-Employment Checklist in order to be onboarded on their start date. Not completing the checklist could impact your onboarding and may result in rescheduling your official start of employment. If you are not familiar with Apple products, please review the short training articles in the Pre-employment Portal. Not understanding the basics of Apple devices could also impact your onboarding and may result in rescheduling your official start of employment.
A personal device with Internet access will be required for the first few minutes of your onboarding. Our team will walk you through signing into your devices & accounts and then move the session to the company issued devices. As mentioned above, it is very important that you have a basic understanding of Apple products as this is not a training session.
For security and compliance purposes we require all employees to have a profile picture. Please have one ready for your onboarding day. This should be a headshot or cropped photo showing you from the shoulders up. This does not have to be a professionally taken photograph as it will be used for internal user verification only.
